Next cohort of NEAW will be dedicated to team managers

We’re about to launch the 6th cohort of Navigating Emotions at Work, and for the first time, it’ll be tailored specifically for team managers. 

Why managers? Because this role carries unique pressures–needing to navigate their own emotions, to shaping the climate for their team, supporting individual needs, and balancing expectations from leadership and stakeholders.

We’re inviting managers who want to do right by their teams while also investing in their own growth as leaders. Our hope is to fill the cohort with people recommended by alumni and peers like you.

If someone comes to mind, whether they be first-time managers or seasoned leaders seeking fresh perspectives, please send them our way!

The program will run Oct-Dec in a Europe/US-friendly timezone.
