Emotions at Work begins with the belief that emotions are not just inevitable; they are fundamental to how we experience, value, and ultimately redefine work itself.

We seek to open new ways to think, talk, and act on the emotional landscape of our working lives. We partner with professionals who sense that emotions shape work—but aren’t sure what to do with that insight, beyond keeping emotions contained and boxed in by productivity and composure.

    Career coach and facilitator

    After navigating several career pivots and recovering from burnout, I’ve learned to listen to the emotions that signal it’s time for change. I am committed to supporting my clients to do the same and build careers that energize and fulfill them.

    My approach draws on 10+ years in nonprofits and peacebuilding, ontological coach training at the Newfield Network, and emotions-centered coach training at the School of Emotions. I am passionate about reshaping work for a new era — one that values care, connection, and shared responsibility for creating the kind of world we want to live in.

    Based in Serbia since 2018, I’m often hiking in Europe or visiting my hometown Seattle. Alongside Emotions at Work, I run a 1:1 career coaching practice.

    Designer, facilitator and coach

    Pursuing a path of personal change shifted how I relate with others—an ongoing journey that brought me to coaching. I am committed to supporting my clients to listen and act upon the quiet signals that come from within.

    My approach is shaped by 15+ years in tech and innovation consulting, ontological coach training at the Newfield Network, and a practice of collaborative, participatory processes that draw on Liberating Structures, Art of Hosting, and design thinking. These days I am also a budding Gestaltist, training with the International Gestalt Organisational Leadership Development program.

    Based in France since 2014, I'm often on the road in Europe or bopping around my hometown Tokyo.

The deeper why behind our work

We met in 2021 at the Newfield Network, as students of ontological coaching under Julio Olalla and Veronica Olalla Love. Drawn to the same questions about change and possibility, we recognized in each other a natural partner in exploration.

Rooted in coaching, facilitation, and organizational development, we bring our respective perspectives and curiosities about the role of emotions in shaping how we live and work.

We see ourselves as explorers, researchers, and facilitators of a collective inquiry, in addition to being coaches and consultants. The revenue from our programs sustain this living exploration and our growing community—fueling ongoing learning, experimentation, and shared discovery.
