Emotions at Work supports teams to work better together by building stronger emotional literacy and collaboration skills. Our experiential workshops are designed to accelerate professional development through practice, inner growth and human connection.

Who is it for?

Teams that operate in dynamic, project-based environments, where:

  • team cohesion and effectiveness have a direct impact on organizational outcomes

  • there’s readiness and capacity to tackle team culture, workflows and communication

  • you as a leader want to initiate more team development opportunities (and don’t have the time to do it yourself)

How does it work?

Our programs combine hands-on learning with space for reflection and integration.

A typical module looks like this:

  • 120-minute workshop with your team on a specific topic or skill

  • Two weeks of practice, supported by activities and prompts to bring the learning into daily work

  • 90-minute follow-up session to harvest insights together and identify concrete next steps for integration

You can choose a single topic and go through this cycle, or combine several topics to build a multi-month program. All sessions are conducted online, via Zoom or a platform of your choice.

Topics include:

  • Effective requests for smoother coordination

  • Patterns of trust

  • Clarifying expectations and building trust

  • Saying no and negotiating for what you need

  • Developing the meta-skills of learning

  • Navigating the emotions of working with AI

  • Giving and receiving feedback

This is a list of modules we’ve already developed and tested. We’re happy to discuss designing modules for new topics.

Coaching package

We also offer 1:1 coaching, typically structured as a shared pool of individual sessions for your team. This format allows people to access support when it’s most needed, in relation to real situations they’re navigating in their roles.

We recommend offering this coaching in parallel with the training modules, so individuals increase their agency in how they integrate learnings into their day-to-day work. Over time, this also allows our work with your organization to become more context-aware and precise.
