Emotions at Work supports teams to work better together by building stronger emotional literacy and collaboration skills. Our experiential workshops are designed to accelerate professional development through practice, inner growth and human connection.

Who is it for?

Teams that operate in dynamic, project-based environments, where:

  • team cohesion and effectiveness have a direct impact on organizational outcomes

  • there’s readiness and capacity to tackle team culture, workflows and communication

  • you as a leader want to initiate more team development opportunities (and don’t have the time to do it yourself)

How does it work?

Our programs combine hands-on learning with space for reflection and integration.

A typical cycle looks like this:

  • 120-minute workshop with your team on a specific topic or skill

  • Two weeks of practice, supported by activities and prompts to bring the learning into daily work

  • 90-minute follow-up session to harvest insights together and identify concrete next steps for integration

You can choose a single topic and go through this cycle, or combine several topics to build a multi-month program. All sessions are conducted online, via Zoom or a platform of your choice.

  • Effective requests for smoother coordination

  • Clarifying expectations and building trust

  • Developing the meta-skills of learning

  • Navigating the emotions of working with AI

  • How we give and receive feedback

These are programs we’ve already developed and tested. You can choose from this list and we’ll tailor it with you. Or, if your team is facing something different, we’re open to designing for a new challenge.
