you as a leader want to initiate more team development opportunities (and don’t have the time to do it yourself)
How does it work?
Our programs combine hands-on learning with space for reflection and integration.
A typical cycle looks like this:
120-minute workshop with your team on a specific topic or skill
Two weeks of practice, supported by activities and prompts to bring the learning into daily work
90-minute follow-up session to harvest insights together and identify concrete next steps for integration
You can choose a single topic and go through this cycle, or combine several topics to build a multi-month program. All sessions are conducted online, via Zoom or a platform of your choice.
