A 9-week professional development program
Navigating Emotions at Work
Welcome
Navigating Emotions at Work is our flagship program to support you to expand your emotional literacy and improve your experience of work.
Many of us are taught to ignore or downplay how we feel at work—that emotions are a distraction, only “positive” ones are appropriate, and that we must keep them under control. At the same time, we’re constantly grappling with the emotional landscape of our workplace, from trying to boost team morale to dealing with conflict and uncertainty.
In this program, you’ll practice new tools in dialogue with peers. As part of a small group, you’ll have access to different perspectives, immediate feedback loops, and a supportive environment to try new approaches that will equip you to face real-life work situations with more confidence and ease.
Our next cohort is dedicated to team managers.
As a manager, you’re not only navigating your own emotions. You’re also shaping the climate for your team, supporting individual needs, and balancing expectations from leadership and stakeholders. Caught in the middle, managers often face unique pressures: mediating conflict, sustaining morale, and guiding their teams through change and uncertainty.
This cohort is tailored for managers who want to do right by their teams while also investing in their own growth as leaders. Together, we’ll workshop real scenarios and practice new approaches, to help you lead with greater clarity and care.
