When AI comes up in your team’s conversations, what’s the mood in the room?

Oftentimes it’ll run the gamut from wonder and intrigue to skepticism and unease, influenced by media and prior experiences. However your team feels, and however it’s expressed (or not!), this emotional landscape shapes how ready and effective your team may be in engaging with new waves of technology.

This is the topic of the first public workshop from Emotions at Work, and you're invited!

It will be especially relevant if you manage a team, but it’s open to anyone who wants to better understand their team’s emotional dynamics around AI.

It’s also a bit of an experiment: a space to exchange perspectives and explore together. We hope to welcome a beautiful mix of familiar faces and people new to us.

Let’s zoom out from chasing new tools and productivity gains for a moment.
